COMPASSEN Shopping Centre in Gothenburg Sweden
Transitional Swedish glassmaking meets new façade technology at COMPASSEN Shopping Centre. It is a world-class design using amber-colored glass handmade in Maleras, giving Gothenburg city centre a new talking point.
( each block weights 3-4 kg, and there 5700 blocks )
this project is commissioned by Vasakronan, architects firm ‘agren and Skandinaviska Glassystem. Completed 2016.
“Where the light leads” Exhibition 2017 in Stockholm Sweden
The glass was brought to lift through light un a dark universe. This glass objects on display were created by Maleras in close cooperation with artists Alexander Lervik and Eva Dahlgren
This exhibition received a prize from the International Sound Award.
IKEA Art Event 2018
this one-off collection is a collaborated between contemporary artists and skilled Maleras craftspeople. It is the combination of transitional craftsmanship with newer art forms for introducing a new generation to art glass.
The Baker’s House Exhibition in 2019 Stockholm Design Week
this exhibition was inspired the business once urn by by the Sweden Blanche family and his history. The crispy bread factory once owned by Blanche family.
This crispy bread inspired plate is a collaboration of artists FARG & BLANCHE and Maleras .

This bar of SODRA Teatern is designed by architect Alexander Lervik featuring crystal glass blocks cast at Maleras Glasbruk.
The Church of Sweden in Malmo
The first garden of remembrance at LIMHAMN CEMETERY Cemetery in Malmo was completed in 2008.
The round tower is 2m high and consists of 360 removable crystal glass blocks, which have been sand-blasted and painted with names and years.
A new 9m by 1.8m glass wall, the garden of rememberance was delivers in 2011.
